Our Story:

I’m Tomasz Jonca, the owner and creator of City Home Properties. I remember, in 2003, straight after graduating as a MSc of Engineering, I relocated to the UK with the goal to start my life here and learn all the pioneering building development technologies I imagined UK had. But, here was a surprise. The UK houses and flats were mostly old, lacking functionality, nowhere near the energy efficiency and the modernisation of the properties we already had in the EU. Many years later, in 2025 this is still true. One day I thought, I want to contribute something good to the society, I want to improve the living conditions on better, I want the new generations of UK home owners to live in beautiful spaces that they will absolutely love. And this is how the Citi Home Properties come to exist.

Our Vision:

There is a huge shortfall of houses in the UK. It is estimated that there are 172,000 empty commercial buildings, which don’t serve anybody. Our goal is to boost housing and reduce the cost of living in high demand areas by converting old and unloved commercial properties into beautiful, well insulated, space-optimised, modern, highly energy-efficient and high in-demand apartments, who’s new owners will not only love to live in, but will also benefit from low energy bills and healthy housing environment for years to come. 

Our Mission:

Our goal is to deliver 100,000 new, beautiful, modern homes to the society by 2050. 

Our second goal is to contribute 100,000 social impact hours to local societies as we progress to achieve our goal.
